Classification: Full Time, 40 hour position. The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 pm with occasional weekend and evening hours
The ideal candidate will assist with the welcoming and onboarding of new residents overseeing details both large and small. The Move-in Coordinator will promote The Village at Incarnate Word mission, heritage, community features, and benefits of senior living. The candidate will serve as a liaison between residents/families and staff, orienting new residents to our community, its services, and amenities.
This position includes communication with prospective residents and their family members, moving companies, maintenance, housekeeping, and cable/phone providers. You will take on the responsibility of being the point person for every move from start to finish working closely with the sales team and management.

Qualifications: 1 + years in a move-in coordination role or work in a senior living community
- Sales background a plus
- Highly organized
- Excellent people skills
- Great communicator; ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and online systems
- Excellent attendance record
